There is a mistake in the above recipe. There are two amounts of 2/3 cup of vegetable stock. This should be 2/3 cup vegetable stock and 2 tablespoons tomato paste.
Good and quick for a breakfast on the run or a sit down meal. The only change I made was to spread a little jam on the peanut butter as my husband thought that would make them perfect.
