I didn't have any green onions so I used a handfull of chives

This recipe worked really well.
I added 2 tsp sugar, but it didn't really need it.
I used plain soy milk and added vanilla extract.

Gonna make this again next weekend! :]

These are very tasty, we used a berry mix instead of just raspberries.
Some of the berries were too big and made the muffins stick to the pan, I would recommend muffin cups!

I've had curry a few times, but it's always been peanut.
This had the same feel and general flavor, minus the peanutyness!
