I've made these twice already. They are amazing, simple to make and filling tastes kinda like pesto. They taste even better the next day, though they look better the first day.

I made these today in an 8x8 square cake pan. They were thicker than when in a large pan, so I just made thinner slices, (16 smallish bars).

These were tasty! I added a bit of salt and doubled the cumin. I decided to make them into nuggets and bake them for 20 minutes on each side at 350F.

WOW! This is amazing and so simple to make. For the sugar, I used sucanat, subbed guar gum for the xanthan gum and instead of amaranth flour I used sorghum.
