It is delicious! I added some hemp hearts to the topping (about 1/4 cup). I also added a diced pear to the mangoes and used walnuts instead of pecans.

I would think to make these raw would be a totally different recipe. I'd leave the baking soda out, use flax or banana for the egg replacer.
