Hi Animaluver! With this recipe and the Grain Meat Co.'s Italian sausage, I haven't had a problem with the sausage getting soggy. I just slice it, then brown it in a skillet.

This is SO easy to make. My omni fiancee thinks it's fun to make, so we have it at least once a week. It's really good, too!
