I think the texture would be better if only the basil were blended, and add to crumbled tofu. Blending everything together just made the tofu part pasty.

These were ok. I rolled it out to about 3/4", and it seems like it should be thinner because only the thinner ones were fully cooked in the center.

These didn't get very crispy, and in fact were pretty soft. The dressing on them helped them retain moisture, as they didn't get a dry skin like roasted potatoes. Enjoyable.

This baked fairly well, not totally fluffy, and maybe it could have used a little more yeast or more rising time on my part. The blend of herbs and amount worked well in the dough.

Really good. I think the magic ingredients are the lemon juice + soymilk; it adds a different tanginess/dimension to the sauce.
