How much flaxseed did you use?  :)
I used nisawong's version of this recipe, although I used twice as much peanut butter and banana :P and it turned out great!
I reminded me of carrot cake hehe!

I have a lot of fun with this recipe ;) I play around with different dried fruits and nuts then add a little flour to thicken it up... it kind of like gewy brownie batter :)>>> MMmmmmm!

Great energy booster full of sugars and protein!
I ended up using pumpkin seeds instead of sunflower and used a tablespoon of everything else
