I don't have a dehydrator yet, so I baked these in the oven. They didn't get quite crisp enough (they turned out more like pita bread), but they are still flavorful.

I made this for dinner the only night (I was craving something sweet :) ). I didn't have maple syrup, so I mashed a banana into the oatmeal instead. Yum!
I also omitted the corn syrup. This dressing tasted just like Subway's honey mustard that I ate in my pre-vegan days. I served it over salad, but I think it would be awesome on a sand
Made this for lunch. Reminded me very much of scrambled eggs. However, I didn't get the bright yellow color as shown in the pictures posted for this recipe. Hmmmm...
I just wanted to add that I whenever I make these (and I make them a lot) I always leave the skin on. The skin gets really soft during the baking and doesn't taste much like anything.
