I halved the recipe, used whole wheat flour, forgot to add the cinnamon, omitted the oil completely, and quadrupled the amount of chocolate chips (by accident I swear). The result: Best. Bread.
I made this for myself at a family dinner because the dessert everyone else was having was not vegan. I really, really liked it and it was relatively simple to make. Thanks!
