this was very, very good! and so easy too. i added a bit of cornstarch and used agave as my sweetener, served over basamti rice with bragg's. thanks for recipe :)

animalluver54375, i have not tried pastry flour but you can definitely substitute and add whole hweat pastry flour for a more nutritional brownie. also they do not have an applesauce aftertaste.
