These turned out fantastic! My boyfriend LOVED them!!! I made some changes, but I cannot recall what they were at this moment. We served these with salad for a complete meal.

I think this pie is absolutely fantastic! I made this for my in-laws and served it as the main dessert. My boyfriends mom said that the pie crust was light, flaky and delish.
