I just read about making sure you use the right gluten flour... check ingredients... the ingredients should only contain wheat gluten (no flour or it's the wrong stuff)...

Oh my gosh this was so good! I used vanilla almond milk so i skipped the sweetener... such an awesome idea and so much less fat my dairy loving boyfriend was even impressed!

yummy i will have to try this! i have roasted brussels before but have never added balsamic vinegar... will be making these soon  :D

I love brussels and these were pretty good... I will probably add more balsamic vinegar next time since I thought the brussels needed a bit more flavor
amymylove added a comment on the recipe Roasted Brussels Sprouts:
okay so i tried these again... i added extra balsamic vinegar and drenched the brussels in cooking spray instead of using olive oil... i also added garlic powder...

This is an awesome way to use up all the pilaf i had from rice-a-roni flavors that weren't vegan! i used "chicken" bullion instead of veggie and seasoned salt instead of salt yummy :)

These were both easy and delicious! I added a packet of fajita seasoning to the pan and a little bit of water with it.
