Yummy Nutritious Super-Smoothie

What you need:

3-4 large frozen strawberries
2 cups of frozen pineapple slices
handful of berries (blueberries, raspberries, small berries, etc)
1 banana
a "hearty" splash of soy milk
"hearty" splash of orange juice (I prefer the pulpy kind)
1 Tablespoon wheat germ
1/4 cup flax seeds
2 Tablespoons walnut oil/nut oil
1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 1/2 cup leafy salad greens, arugula/baby greens

What you do:

Combine the fruit, soy milk, and orange juice in a blender, mix until blended well but not perfectly. Add all the other ingredients, mix well! If you prefer a more chunky smoothie (like me!) then don't mix it too much, and add less liquids. If you like a really thin, smooth smoothie, add a little more liquids and maybe some ice, just according to taste. Don't even worry about the taste of the salad greens, they simply melt away in the smoothie. It's like hidden nutrients! you really can add more if you like, since you can get away with adding quite a bit before it's noticeable.
