Yummy Healthy Shake
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 to 1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 block of tofu
any other fruit you might feel like adding
1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice (optional)
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend till everythings fully mixed. These measurements may not be exact, so just taste it when you're done, and add more of whatever ingredient you like.
