SO HOW'D IT GO?

My husband wanted broccoli, rice, and soy sauce...so I came to this recipe, but ended up doing my own thing...

I cooked rice, and sauteed broccoli with stems in the wok..for a few minutes. Then I did the tofu separately (I don't think it would get done/golden enough when cooked with all that broccoli?)..I actually burned the outside of the tofu..but it wasn't too bad. I then quickly sauteed some garlic and white corn, and made a sauce with cornstarch, water, soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil...and added it all together. Healthy and filling!

This was simple but good.  Be sure to turn down the heat when adding the soy and bbq sauce because it splatters....my poor clean stove!
