1 teaspoon peanut butter
1/4 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon brown sugar
a little bit of vanilla extract
Place walnuts in a little dish. In a small pan stir peanut butter, vanilla, and brown vegan sugar over low heat for one minute or until it turns into a saucy mixture. Pour over the walnuts for a sweet snack with a little protein or use as a topping on ice cream or brownies.
