Yogurt Smoothie

What you need: 

1/2 cup plain soy yogurt
3 tablespoon 5 Alive concentrate (frozen breakfast drink)
1 banana
1/4 cup vanilla rice milk
2 teaspoon flax oil

What you do: 

Blend all the ingredients together.
