White Tea Smoothie

What you need: 

ice
1/2 large banana, frozen
frozen cantaloupe, small cubes
frozen strawberries, sliced
frozen blueberries
fruit flavored white tea, chilled (I use Trader Joe's Organic Pomegranate White Tea.)
plain soymilk
lemon juice
zero calorie natural sweetener
1 teaspoon ground flax seed

What you do: 

Layer bottom of blender with ice. Place desired amount of frozen fruit on top of ice. Cover fruit with 3/4 tea and 1/4 soymilk. Add flax and desired taste of lemon and sweetener. Blend and serve.

Oh my goodness. This sounds so yummy. I think I"ll go make it right now even though I'm not really hungry.
