White Bean Spread

What you need: 

2 cups cooked white beans (navy, Great Northern)
1 tablespoon tahini (ground sesame seeds)
3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
juice from 1/2 lemon (or more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin seed
1/4 teaspoon ground celery seed
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper or to taste
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
paprika to taste
water as needed

What you do: 

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend into a smooth puree. Add water as needed to achieve desired consistency. Serve as you would hummus.
