Verde Hummus

What you need: 

2- 15 ounce cans chickpeas
2 tablespoons tahini
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 cup verde salsa
Juice from 1 lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

What you do: 

1) In a food processor, combine all ingredients and mix until well blended.

For smoother hummus, drizzle in more olive oil and add more salsa depending on the consistency desired.
