Vegan Stir-Fry

What you need: 

1 package vegan "chicken" strips (Light Life Chicken Strips)
1 package fresh mushrooms, any type will do
2 handfuls shredded carrots
1 package fresh broccoli
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, any vegan type
1-2 cups rice, depending on how many your cooking for

What you do: 

In a pot, cook your rice as directed on the package.
While your rice is cooking, prep all veggies and put them into a fry pan, with the chicken, on about medium heat and add the teriyaki sauce, if you hear a sizzle that’s good. :] This should only take about 5-10 minutes, or until chicken is done.
When the rice is done plate it up, and top it with the stir fried veggies and chicken.
(Even my carnivore boyfriend likes this one. haha.)
