Vegan Spinach-Carrot-Serrano Sauce
1 bag organic fresh spinach
2 organic carrots (medium size)
2 serrano peppers
1 oz. Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 oz. organic olive oil
1 or 2 cloves of fresh garlic
dice carrots, garlic and serrano peppers (remove seeds if you don't want it to spicy) Heat pan and saute carrots, serranos and garlic for 2 minutes then add spinach and aminos and let wilt. then put all ingrediants in a bleder (be careful with blending hot items start slow and then increase speed puree well and serve over pasta, rice, baked tofu, etc.
