SO HOW'D IT GO?

Well, I don't know what I did wrong, but mine was a complete disaster. I followed the recipe exactly, but the french toast STUCK to the griddle while cooking, even though I sprayed it with cooking spray! When I'd try to flip them over, the pieces would just tear apart and created an AWFUL mess for me to clean off of my griddle (thank goodness it DID come off). I had to throw the whole batch away. I did taste the one piece I managed to partially salvage, and it was mushy and bland. Sorry, unless someone knows what went wrong, I will not be making this again.

this is really good, but the last time i made it i used the really fake kind of bread, like wonderbread type stuff. that doesn't work, fyi.

This is great. I made it for my little brother(a VERY picky eater) and he even liked it a lot and wants me to make it for him for breakfast every morning.

This was great!  Thank you so much for the recipe!  I'll be making it often.

This is the BEST french toast recipe ever.  I had given up on ever finding a really good vegan recipe, glad I tried this one!  I also finished them off in the oven for 5 minutes.
