Vegan Chocolate Pie

What you need: 

2 cups dark chocolate chips
14oz. silken tofu
1 vegan ready-made pie crust

What you do: 

Bring a pot of water to boil. Find a ceramic or glass bowl that will fit over the top of the pot without falling in. Remove the pot from the heat and place the chocolate chips in the bowl, above the heated water. Stir the chips until they melt. Place melted chocolate and tofu into the blender. Blend until creamy. using a rubber spatula place mixture evenly into pie crust. Allow pie to refrigerate before serving.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

mmm good.
I did not have a pie crust, and am trying to get off of flour products.  If you pour the mixture into individual dishes, it works great as a mousse!
