Vegan Chili
What you need:
16 ounces black beans
16 ounces kidney beans
2 celery stalks
1 red onion, chopped
1 yellow zucchini, chopped
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 russet potatoes, cut into cubes
3 to 4 cups crushed tomatoes
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
1 cup water
What you do:
1) Put all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for two hours, stirring occasionally. Now eat.
One cup is about 150 calories.
Source of recipe: My mom looked at some vegan chili recipes and came up with this based on those. It is ridiculously delicious.

time we got married, we didnt think the barn needed too much in the wayof decoration.Our centrepieces were goldfish bowl vases filled with pine cones (kindly collected from Norfolk woods by friends of the family on their dog-walks!)and battery operated fairy lights - they looked lovely in the low-lit cheap christian louboutin shoes barn. One of the other key areas of decoration was our guest favours which doubled as escort cards, directing people to their tables for dinner. Sorry I don't have a picture up... It's pretty thick chili, since you're only using a cup of water. I don't really like watery chili because I'm not a soup person, so this is a good one to me. But then, I posted it, so I don't know if my opinion is the one you want. =)
