Vegan BLT

What you need: 

2 slice bread any kind
2 slices temeph bacon
2 slices tomato
2 pieces lettuce any kind
2 tablespoons vegan cream cheese
2 tablespoons green onion chopped

What you do: 

Mix cream cheese and green onion and set aside. Cook bacon in skillet until crispy around edges. Toast your bread and then spread cream cheese evenly on one side of each slice. Add bacon tomato and lettuce...and enjoy!
