SO HOW'D IT GO?

this recipe is very good. i prefer using half of a package of yves ground meat instead of patties. this way you stir it into the gravy and avoid using a microwave.

Is it possible to replace the soy milk with rice milk?

I just made this for breakfast today and it was delicious!  I've missed bisuits and gravy so much since becoming vegetarian, now I can have it whenever I want! :)

I was raised in southern Missouri in a small town by parents who made biscuits and (sausage) gravy a staple. I had it at least once a week, I am sure. I've since grown up and moved to the city, also adapting a healthier lifestyle (and vegetarianism). Every now and then, though, it's nice to go back to my roots. This recipe did just that for me.

;D This is a great recipe. We made it this morning and it was delicious! We used Boca Sausage links (5 of them) and crumbled those up for the gravy. The biscuits we used were pre-packaged butter-flavored.

Thanks for the good food!
