The Ultimate Fruit Smoothie

What you need: 

1 cup orange juice (or soy milk, but juice is better)
2 ripe bananas
1/4 medium sized mango, sliced
1/2 -3/4 cup frozen fruit (peach* is my favorite, but also try strawberry, raspberry, or blueberry)
4 ice cubes

What you do: 

Place everything in a blender, starting with the juice, and ending with the ice. Blend and enjoy.
* If you use frozen peach, try adding a touch of ground ginger.
