Two Habanero Salsa

What you need:

1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes and mild chilies (I use Rotel)
1 small bunch cilantro
2 habanero peppers
3 cloves garlic
1 small yellow onion, diced

What you do:

1. Throw everything except the onion into a food processor and process with chopping blade for about 30 seconds. If you do not have a food processor, use a blender.
2. Add onion and pulse about 3 or 4 times, keeping the onions from being liquefied.
Pour into a bowl and enjoy with corn chips or over a burrito, etc.
Source of recipe: I came up with this as an experiment, based on several recipes here on Vegweb.com.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Wow, this one is a really delicious and SPICY salsa! I halved the recipe and added a half squeezed lime for a fresh contrast.
Delicious anyway, thanks you  :)>>>
