Totally Vegan Sloppy Joe's

What you need: 

1 bag of pre-ground vegan soy burger OR
4 vegan veggie burgers, ground up
organic vegan ketchup
organic vegan bar b q sauce
4 whole wheat burger buns

What you do: 

Grill the soy burger in a frying pan, of your using 4 individual burgers grind them up as they cook. Once they seem done, add 1/2 cup ketchup and 1/2 cup barbeque sauce. Stir in and let simmer for a few minutes.
Spoon onto some buns, and enjoy!
