Tortilla Soup

What you need:

15 oz. can of tomato soup
15oz. can of kidney beans
2-15oz. cans of black beans
15 oz. can of vegetable broth
16 oz. jar of salsa
your favorite bag of tortilla chips

What you do:

Drain and mash one can of black beans. I used a mini-food processor, it works well.
Drain kidney beans and other can of black beans.
Mix together vegetable broth, salsa, black beans (smashed and whole), and kidney beans.
Heat for 10 minutes on the stove.
Crush any kind of tortilla chips over the soup or dip the tortillas in the soup.
Great source of fiber, and serves plenty so it is good for parties.

Excellent and simple. Used one can blended black beans and then great northern and kidney beans. Used only half the salsa and substituted pita chips. ^-^
