1 can Italian stewed tomatoes
curry powder (I use mild but you can go hotter!)
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 sliced almonds
3 cups cooked rice
Heat the Italian stewed tomatoes, add the raisins and almonds, cook until raisins puff up and sauce is hot all over. Then add the spices. Continue to heat until slightly condenced. Serve over hot rice. The heat (flavor not temp!) depends on how much spices you use. I don't measure I go by taste. Go easy until you know what you like!
