1/2 block extra firm regular tofu
1/2 cup all natural peanut butter
chocolate soy protein powder(optional)
soy milk (if mixture is too thick to blend)
Place tofu in food processor ( if all you have is a blender it will work,but the processor is better.) Blend the tofu until it is completely smooth. Next, add the peanut butter and blend until smooth. You should taste it now to decide whether you might need more peanut butter, I don't normally measure so my amounts are guesstimates. :D After you have decided you have enough peanut butter, start adding the sweetener and sweeten as much as desired. I love to add chocolate protein powder, because it makes it almost like a Nutella like spread and its wonderful and full of protein as well. Really you can add anything you want to this and it will come out delicious!
