Tofu-Noodle Soup

What you need: 

8 cups of simulated liquid chicken broth
10 carrots
10 celery
firm tofu cut into 100 cubes
farfelle (bowtie pasta)

What you do: 

Slice vegetables. Add carrots and celery to broth. Cook at high for 5 minutes Add tofu. Cook at high for 9 minutes. Add boiled farfelle (a little bit firm). Cook 1 minute.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I halved the recipe and chose to use 1 cup (uncooked) whole wheat macaroni.

This turned out delicious!
