Tofu Fruit Yogurt

What you need: 

1 10-ounce soft tofu
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
half teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vegan sweetener of choice
1-2 pieces of fruit

What you do: 

Combine all ingredients in blender till smooth, chill until serving.

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I made this a minute ago and I'm very, very pleased with the results.  :)>>>

I used organic soft tofu- a rather fresh kind I blended about 330 grams with the juice of half a lemon, one small banana, a tiny pinch of salt and LOTS of cinnamon. I'm having it with fruit, some whole oats and a few cashews.
