SO HOW'D IT GO?

I think the trick to masking the tofu taste in any of these recipes (included the chocolate mousse) is the sweetener used.  Pure maple syrup or agave seem to do the trick!  If you use mostly frozen fruit (including those leftover bananas in the freezer) it comes out with a soft-serve ice cream consistency - a frozen treat and a meal all in one!

I had been looking for a way to use tofu in a smoothie without making it taste like nothing but tofu and this was a great recipe for me!  Thanx!  I used a frozen strawberries, bananas, peaches, melon, nectarine mix from cotsco.  it was excellent!!

This was excellent.  I used apple juice and a frozen fruit combo of mango, peaches, strawberries and pineapple.  I loved it!  :)
