Tofu Burgers

What you need: 

1 pound of tofu
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoon nutritional yeast [not active dry yeast]
1 tablespoon grated onion [more if you like it]
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano

What you do: 

Mash tofu and mix all ingredients together in bowl. Form into 6 burgers. In sprayed skillet, brown on both sides. Serve on buns.
