Thick and Decadent Chocolate Sauce
1 can coconut CREAM
2-4 tablespoons Cocoa
2 tablespoons white sugar (vegan)
2 tablespoons brown sugar (vegan)
Dissolve white sugar and cocoa in a tiny amount of water (e.g. 1-2 tablespoons hot water). Mix brown sugar and dissolved cocoa/sugar into coconut cream. Mix really well and refrigerate. Spoon onto pudding/cake/'ice cream' or eat on its own like a pudding.... Seriously yummy!
