Thanksgiving Disguised as a Sandwich

What you need: 

2 slices sprouted grain bread like Ezekiel
vegan mayonnaise (Vegenaise)
Sri-racha or hot sauce of choice
Tofurkey (the holiday roast sliced thick or the lunchmeat) or if unavailable tofu or homemade vegan turkey
canned cranberry sauce
leftover mashed potatoes
2 leaves lettuce
sliced onions

What you do: 

Spread Vegenaise on both slices of bread. Spread hot sauce on one slice of bread. Spread mashed potatoes on hot sauce/Vegenaise slice of bread. Spread cranberry sauce on non hot sauce slice of bread. Pile Tofurkey (or tofu) on top of cranberry slice of bread. Top w/ onions, then lettuce. Top with potato slice of bread. Cut in half. Eat the best sandwich ever.. it’s like Thanksgiving whenever you want!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I did something like this!! I didn't want to miss out on the awesome sandwiches this year, so I used Ezekial bread, vegenaise, lettuce, and left-over Tofurkey. freakin' amazing ;)b
