Tasty Oven Potato Crisps!

What you need:

3 medium-sized potatoes (I use golden), sliced 1/4" thick
3 tablespoons hot sauce (I use Dan Ts)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon each salt and pepper
pinch cayenne, optional
pinch paprika, optional

What you do:

1. Place a lightly oiled baking pan into oven and heat to 450 degrees Farhenheit.
2. In a bowl, mix all other ingredients together (except cayenne and paprika, if using).
3. Take the baking pan out of the oven and place the wedges over it in a single layer. Sprinkle with cayenne and paprika.
4. Return the pan to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the wedges are crispy.
Enjoy!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

Super easy, totally worth it recipe! This is definitely a great foundation recipe to experiment on your own, using different seasonings, etc.

If your oven gets too hot when it cooks, I would recommend either shortening the time to 17-18 min., or even just flipping the crisps.

I used half the salt and it was still too salty- Otherwise it was great. The Cilantro and paprika make it amazing.
