Tasty Breakfast Mushrooms!

What you need: 

1 handful mushrooms
oil for cooking
splash of soy sauce, tamari or braggs
1 teaspoon basil
1 ripe avocado
2 slices bread

What you do: 

*Slice mushrooms thinly*In a frying pan, add oil on medium heat*Add mushrooms, cook until soft 5 or so minutes*Add soy sauce and basil and cook for 1 minute*Spread avocado on bread and transfer mushrooms on the bread
Very delicious when it's a cold morning. Also, you can toast the bread. I generally make this when I have fresh bread but it's not needed.
