Tangy Onion Salad Dressing and Dip

What you need:

One large onion (preferably vidalia or other sweet onion)

4 (or more) cloves of garlic

Olive oil

1/2 cup tahini

1/4 cup Bragg's liquid aminos (or soy sauce)

What you do:

1. Chop onions and mince garlic. Saute the onions and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until almost burnt.

2. Place onions and garlic in food processor or blender with other ingredients. Pulse, then liquefy, until thoroughly blended.

3. Pour in bottle or other container. Refrigerate until cooled; keep refrigerated.

Makes about 12 ounces. This dressing is very thick; add a small amount of oil, water, or additional Bragg's for a thinner dressing.

SO HOW'D IT GO?
