Tangy Broccoli

What you need: 

1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
1 pound broccoli, cut into florets
2 tablespoons mustard (preferably the English mustard)
2 teaspoons soy sauce

What you do: 

1. Heat a wok. Add the oil. Stir fry the onions until they are a light brown in color.
2. Add the broccoli and stir fry on a high flame for 8-10 minutes.
3. In a small bowl, mix the mustard and soy sauce until smooth. Add this sauce mixture to the broccoli, give it a quick stir and remove from flame.
Eat with brown rice. Bon Appetite!
