Tahini Chocolate Sex
What you need:
3 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons sugar (powdered or caster is best)
Vanilla essence
1 to 2 tablespoons boiling water
What you do:
This is a really quick and easy sauce/dip for fruit, pancakes, nuts, whatever you like. If you use a liquid sugar you probably wont need the water, but just play around.
1) Put tahini, cocoa powder and sugar in a small bowl, plus a few drops of essence if you want. Add a little boiling water and mix everything up real good. You should get a lovely glossy smooth sauce to die for:)
