These cookies taste great, if a little greasy. A full batch didn't last 24 hours in my house.

I made these cookies and they had a great flavor but turned out completely flat. I am all for flat cookies, but is there something else I could put in the batter to make them a little thicker and not as loose?

the last time I made cookies, I stirred in about 1 tsp cider vinegar to some baking soda, I don't know the exact measurements, but I got really puffy cookies. I could smell the cider vinegar in it though, but my omni boyfriend said there wasn't a smell and happily muched the lot.
