Super Duper Crunchy Chocolate Clusters

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisins

Directions:

Melt the chocolate chips on low heat. Add chopped nuts and raisins to chocolate. Stir and Stir til you can't stand it anymore. Remove pan from stovetop.

Using a spoon, scoop clusters onto greased cookie sheet and put in the refrigerator until firm.

Serves: 10-15

Preparation time: 20 min

These were very easy to make! I made two batches. One with nuts and one without nuts. And, Libby, I stirred and stirred until I couldnt stand it anymore! (about five minutes!) Thanks for the great recipe!
