Sweet Potato Crisps

What you need: 

1 sweet potato, thinly sliced in discs
1 to 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
oregano, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

What you do: 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pour olive oil into a small bowl and brush it on each side of the sweet potato slices.
2. Season each side with oregano, salt, and a little bit of pepper. Place the slices onto a cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 15 minutes. Flip each slice and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
I like to serve these with some mixed veggies and call it dinner!

SO HOW'D IT GO?

I've been making about once a month in the dehydrator, (raw) using these spices:chili, cayenne, cumin, paprika, onion powder and a little agave to make them like BBQ chips.  SO GOOD!

I had already been doing this same recipe but I use just rosemary, olive oil, and garlic.  So yummy! I had forgotten about this one.  I might have to make it tonight.
