Swedish Breakfast Potatoes

What you need: 

1 tablespoon dried dill
oil
3 large white potatoes
salt
pepper

What you do: 

Dice potatoes into small cubes leaving skin on. Add a small amount of oil to large skillet and heat on medium. Add potatoes and saute until light golden brown color. Add dill in last five minutes of cooking.
