Super Smoothie

What you need: 

1 cup soy milk
1 banana
1 tablespoon soy yogurt
1/2 teaspoon Brewers yeast
2 tablespoon ground almonds

What you do: 

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well. If the milk is chilled it should be quite creamy.
