Super-Natural Smoothie

What you need: 

8 oz orange juice (I use the calcium-fortified kind)
1 banana, nice and ripe
2/3 to 1 cup of frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc)
a splash of soy milk if you want it a little creamy

What you do: 

Break the banana into chunks, or slice it, and put it in a blender. Add the frozen berries, then the orange juice and soymilk. Blend until smooth. Frozen strawberries can be a little stubborn about blending up well, so check the mix for big chunks after about 20-30 seconds of blending.
This is really yummy and nutritious and doesn't need any other sweeteners or flavoring. A great breakfast drink!
